It's because of high taxes here in Canada.

Our average price is $3.115 per gallon and still dropping. Why is fuel so expensive in Canada? Do you have really high taxes on it? Maybe you shouldn't export so much oil to the U.S. I have always wanted to visit B.C., maybe in my next life. LOL :o))
